Today's the day!

Day One of wearing the same clothes. Hoping this awesome bright t-shirt will catch people's eyes online and off.

Step 2!

Been there. Done that. Got the t-shirt to prove it!
Yip! Yip!
Actually, I'm not done yet.
I'm just STARTING!
My t-shirt has arrived and donations are starting to arrive on my personal fundraising page.
Meanwhile, I've been learning more about all the amazing work that Orange Sky Australia has been doing for every day Australians and the homeless.
The more I have learnt, the happier I am that I have decided to raise much need funds to support their efforts.
Check out Orange Sky Australia's website or jump onto their Facebook page or The Sudsy Challenge Facebook page.

The Adventures Begins

I'm so happy to have started my journey with The Sudsy Challenge!
My fundraising has begun and my t-shirt is on its way to my address.

Many people are shocked when they discover there are currently well over 100,000 Australians known to be homeless.
Then there are all the other people who haven't even made it into the stat books.

Very sadly, homelessness has touched my life via people I personally love and care for.  It is something close to my heart and can happen so unexpectedly or over a period of time.

If I can help at least one person to have a hot shower or be able to wear some clean clothes, by donating some of my own time and money...then that is a huge plus.

If I can help spread the word and get more people involved with The Sudsy Project, by sharing my journey on Facebook, then I'll be super happy!

Small deeds can make huge differences.
Working together as a team can make giant positive ones.
Can' t donate? That's ok.
Spend five minutes reading about the good work that  The Sudsy Challenge and Orange Sky Australia do.
Help to raise awareness and share their efforts with those in your local community by sharing their work on your own social pages.

Over the end of July, August and into September, I will continue to spread the word and try to gather some more donations.
Finally, for 3 consecutive days in September, I will be wearing the same clothes as the last step in the challenge.

Can't wait to try my t-shirt on when it arrives.

I’m keeping my kit on for The Sudsy Challenge!

I'm not changing my clothes for three days to help change the lives of people experiencing homelessness.

This September, I'll be taking on The Sudsy Challenge to raise funds and awareness for Orange Sky - an organisation providing access to free laundry, warm showers and genuine conversation.

Every dollar makes a difference, and I'd love if you could support me by making a donation!
